THE CHAI CART Loose Chai Mix is exactly the same as what we serve from our carts. Simply add fresh ginger and sugar to have our delicious chai at home and fill your house with the authentic chai aroma.
Place a quarter of the pack of tea into a saucepan with about 1 tablespoon chopped ginger and 1 tablespoon raw sugar (or to taste) and 2 cups of water. Bring to a slow boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Add 2 cups of milk and simmer for more than 2 minutes (the longer the better). Pour through filter. Allow to cool and enjoy.
